If you've made a payment and sent 'MID Code' to us but have not received a e-mail with 'Activation Code' within a reasonable amount of time, please contact us. Please note that a delay could mean that the e-mail address given in your Registration form is invalid (due to misspelling, etc.) or 'Activation Code' e-mail was blocked by your spam or junk filters.
